Steve Sviggum is the former Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives (1999-2007) and served in the Minnesota House 1979 to 2007. In his time in the Minnesota he represented parts of of Dakota, Dodge, Goodhue, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca and Winona counties.
